08/12/2009 TRACLabs Awarded DARPA Robotics Contract
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) has awarded TRACLabs Inc. a two-year, $750,000 contract to develop an intelligent robot that reasons about its sensing abilities and changes its behaviors accordingly. This technology has broad applications to intelligence, sensing and reconnaissance (ISR) tasks using robots and other unmanned vehicles.

02/12/2009 TRACLabs Awarded Air Force Planning Contract
The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) has awarded TRACLabs Inc. a one-year, $100,000 contract to develop planning technology that will enable reconnaissance satellites to respond quickly to new situations and threats. The planning technology is envisioned to run on-board satellites and operate autonomously from ground controllers.

November 24, 2008 TRACLabs Inc. wins three NASA Phase I SBIR awards
TRACLabs Inc. has been notified by NASA that it has been awarded three Phase I Small Business Innovation Research awards worth approximately $300,000. The awards are entitled: “Intelligent Agents for Scheduling Space Communications”, “Embedding Procedure Assistance into Mission Control Tools”, and “Semantic Language and Tools for Reporting Human Factors Incidents”.

November 24, 2008 TRACLabs Inc. wins one NASA Phase I STTR award
TRACLabs Inc. has been notified by NASA that it has been awarded a Phase I Small Business Technology Transfer award worth approximately $100,000. The research will be conducted in cooperation with Carnegie Mellon University Silicon Valley and is entitled “Semantic Summarization for Context Aware Manipulation of Data”.

TRACLabs Inc. has been notified by NASA that it has been awarded a Phase 1 Small Business Innovation Research award worth approximately $600,000. The research award is entitled: " Enhancing NASA's Procedure Representation Language to Support Planning".

The three research awards are entitled: "A Data Abstraction Architecture for Spacecraft Autonomy", "A Software Framework for Coordinating Human-Robot Teams" and "A Field Reconfigurable Manipulator for Rovers".

November 17, 2006 TRACLabs Inc. wins three NASA Phase 1 SBIR awards
TRACLabs Inc. has been notified by NASA that it has been awarded three Phase 1 Small Business Innovation Research awards worth approximately $300,000. Each award can lead to a Phase 2 award worth up to $1.8 million in total. The three research awards are entitled: "A Data Abstraction Architecture for Spacecraft Autonomy", "A Software Framework for Coordinating Human-Robot Teams" and "A Field Reconfigurable Manipulator for Rovers".

November 1, 2006 TRACLabs Inc. awarded multi-year NASA contract
TRACLabs Inc. and its partner SKA Inc. have been awarded a 5-year, $20 million dollar contract to perform robotics and artificial intelligence research for NASA Johnson Space Center's Automation, Robotics and Simulation Division.
